Dear Customer, In line with the UAE Government’s decision to adopt a new working week, NBQ is pleased to announce the following changes to Branch timings in order to provide continuous and best service to our customers. |

Effective Monday 3/1/2022, NBQ branches will open 6 days a week from 8:00 am till 3:00 pm on Monday -Thursday & Saturday, and 7:30 am till 12:30pm on Friday, closed on Sunday. |

Amendments to Cheque Clearing, Payments and Transfers schedule | ||
Cheque clearing services, local fund transfers (using UAEFTS), Wages Protection System services as well as Direct Debits processing will now be available from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being Bank closed in line with the UAE Central Bank directives.
