NBQ provides companies applying for work permits from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation with labor guarantee services. It's a fee-free service and charges of ministry of finance and are paid by NBQ, As it is designed to support the business community in the UAE and to make the process of hiring employees easy and straightforward.

Eligibility
- Companies or employers with a valid Trade License and Signature card from Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. showing company number.
Documents Required
Through Branch Counters
- Valid copy of Trade License.
- Signature card from Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization showing company number or ministry approval.
Through E-banking
- Customers must have operative account with NBQ
- Customers must have pre approval of work permit
- Eligibility as per criteria given above
