NBQ sends messages to your mobile phone which are also called notifications or alerts. It is a proactive approach. We provide account information in real time in either English or Arabic.
The transactions include:
SMS notification Credit transactions in your Current or Savings Account, for example by a cash or cheque deposit, or an inward transfer
Debit transactions, such as a cash withdrawal through an ATM, Bank Counter Deposit, Cheque Deposit, POS, E-Commerce transaction, Credit Cards transaction or more.
