Shaikh Nasser Bin Rashid Bin AbdulAziz Al Moalla, decided to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from April, 1st 2018, after a long service exceeding 36 years (since inception of the Bank). He contributed in the development of the Bank with his sincere efforts during those years in expansion of the Bank and promoted its business with his effective contribution in maintaining bank stability and achieving its goals.

Shaikh Nasser shall continue his current position as Vice Chairman of the Bank and Chairman of the Executive committee.

Mr. Ramakrishna Ramachandra Iyer, shall continue in same position as General Manager which he occupies since the year 2009, and shall be responsible before the Executive committee, the Board of Directors and Sub committees of the Bank.

The rest of the Senior Management Positions shall continue unchanged, without any further changes.
